Sophie was a fantastic celebrant for our windy, atmospheric wedding on the Port Hills in Christchurch. Right from the start, she was organised and spent lots of time getting to know us, our style and understanding what we wanted for our small ceremony. Many of our guests commented on how personalised the ceremony was and how well it was delivered on the day. We would highly recommend Sophie as a celebrant!

Sophie is the most beautiful soul and we are so happy we had her marry us. She made the process simple and always made sure we understood everything leading up. Sophie was very organised, especially when replying to our emails. When we met with Sophie the first time in person we knew we had the perfect celebrant! Her bubbly happy persona, friendly smile, and professionalism stood out. Sophie helped me a lot with my vows but ensured not to take over; she gave me ideas and I took them on board and came up with the most amazing vows that flowed very well. We love how down to earth Sophie is and are so happy she was apart of our special day. Sophie had beautiful cards on the day with our vows written on them and she made our day so perfect. The beautiful ceremony she wrote had our guests in tears (and also some laughter!) What more could you want?! Words cannot express how thankful we are for a beautiful ceremony that was perfectly suited to us as a couple 💕

I have known Sophie since primary school, so about 16 years! She is a very kind and warm-hearted person who is easy to connect with. When we were looking for a celebrant I was so excited to see Soph had just made the leap into celebrant life and contacted her immediately to be ours! Having that personal connection made the whole process so much easier.

Ian and I were both surprised at how many small, unthinkable details there are in a wedding and ceremony. Sophie organised a few meetings for us to discuss our options (with a few glasses of bubbles) and she even gave us the odd piece of "homework" to ensure we did things like write our vows on time. With so much else going on, her guidance, information and organisation were completely invaluable and I'm not sure what we would have done without her.

If you are looking for a celebrant to help create your perfect day, I highly recommend Sophie as she will craft it exactly to your liking, taking into account your thoughts, ideas and opinions. We had the best day! 10/10 experience from us. Thank you so much Sophie!

We were so lucky to have found Sophie for our wedding ceremony. Sophie is vibrant, professional, fun and organised. She made us feel at ease with all of the details of our ceremony and captured our love and personalities perfectly. She is not only a warm and friendly person, she has outstanding ceremony writing and public speaking skills all qualities essential for making the ceremony a special part of our big day.
